A view to remember
Waking up to the view of Plaza de Armas was a magical start every day. The spacious room was pristine, and the helpful staff always went the extra mile.
However, the noise from the plaza was a slight disturbance in the early mornings, and the lack of soundproofing made it a bit challenging to sleep past dawn.

The room was spacious, but there was some noise at night.

i was almost delighted with my stay until the never-ending stairs became a struggle, who needs that? plus, i found my room wasn’t cleaned properly, hair everywhere, terribly disgusting! given my royal status, i surely expected some sort of complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. all in all, i just couldn’t summon a good review for this place.

missingWrote a review on Oct 25noisy environment
There’s no elevator, making the steep staircases a workout for anyone not prepared for it. Some rooms experience significant noise from the street, particularly late at night when revelers are out. The lack of air conditioning means afternoons can get a bit sticky, and the furniture in my room felt slightly worn down. WiFi signal was inconsistent, which can be bothersome if you need to stay connected.

The location couldn't be better – right by the central plaza! My kids loved the cozy atmosphere and the breakfast was fantastic, with freshly made options that kept us all satisfied before our adventures. The elegant decor also made our family feel special.
In my wife’s opinion, better noise insulation would enhance the experience.

Charming Hotel with Gorgeous Views and Excellent Service!
I loved the spacious room with a nice view, and the fresh fruit at breakfast was delightful! The staff provided wonderful assistance when I had trouble with the safe, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. A great tip, keep the curtains drawn during the day to keep the room cooler.

The stay was enjoyable. I received exceptional support from the staff. The breakfast was well-prepared each morning, offering a variety of choices. My room had a pleasant view from the balcony, adding to the overall experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to access many attractions. As someone who appreciates a good morning coffee, the espresso machine in the dining area was a nice touch.
Noise from nearby activities could be disruptive at times. The lack of air conditioning made the afternoons uncomfortable, especially during warmer months.
